There are better and more expensive hoovers out there compared to this one, but having used it for the first time, it does everything I want it to do. Its light and easy to carry around and it found dust and fluff that my upright (bagged) hoover had missed. Its easy to operate and empty and can be used both on hard floors and carpets. The only negative bit is that the attachment holder which is located on the hose, does bang into the doors and walls when using it. Would like to remove this from the hose, but as yet haven't found a way of doing it. Apart from that, for the price would recommend this to anyone who has a small to medium size flat or house. Also for those that are conscious about not disturbing their neighbours, its also quiet to use.

I ordered a reconditioned Dyson as I have been happy for years with the old one and wanted to buy exactly the same model. Unfortunately Dyson have ceased making this particular model so I was delighted to find one for sale on Amazon.

It arrived promptly... works beautifully... and is half the price I would have had to pay for a new one! I am very pleased with the service.
